Mike McGowan
Mike McGowan, our Vermont regional operations manager, is a graduate of Unity College in Maine. Mike has been with us since 2001 and has always provided outstanding customer service for our clients. Mike has completed our manager training program and has also been instrumental in our growth in Vermont. Mike resides in Waterbury, VT.

Ted Chagnon
Mountain Valet is owned and managed by Ted Chagnon. Ted strongly believes in working on site , in uniform, side by side with all employees. He understands the importance of knowing each and every employee that is hired. This has proven to be one of the most important reason for his success. He has owned and operated the company since 1990. Ted has been certified as a Certified Parking Facilities Manager. He is an active member and contributes to many charitable organizations, including the United Way.

Managers:
Mountain Valet employs an onsite manager for each location. Our managers have a minimum of 2 years of valet experience and are at least 21 years old. Each manager is trained to deal with all aspects of the location including incident handling procedures and customer relations. The management team at Mountain Valet can handle any problems that may occur on site.

Valets:
Mountain Valet employs valets/parking attendants from area colleges and high schools. Our valets are screened to ensure that they possess the necessary skills and qualifications to meet the needs of our clients. Each valet goes through customer service education to uphold our high level of satisfaction.
